Refund policy
Returnable Items (Online Orders Only)
For online purchases, items may be returned within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Items must be returned in original packaging.
• Returns must be sent at the customer’s own expense using Royal Mail with signature tracking.
• Original delivery charges are non refundable.
Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the item value only, provided the item meets the return conditions.

In Person Purchases (Markets and Events)
Items purchased in person at markets or events are sold as seen and are not eligible for returns or refunds for change of mind.
Refunds or replacements for in person purchases are offered only if an item is faulty and the fault is reported within 7 days of purchase. Items must not be worn or washed.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7days of receiving the item so we can assess the issue and offer a suitable resolution.
Claims made after this period or after the item has been worn or washed will not be accepted.
Non Returnable Items
The following items are non returnable:
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
Exchanges
Exchanges may be accepted subject to stock availability. Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways.
Exchanged items must meet the same conditions as returns and must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
Handmade and Natural Dye Products
All products are handmade using traditional hand block printing techniques and natural dyes. Slight variations in colour, print or finish are natural characteristics of handmade items and are not considered faults.
Some colour transfer may occur during initial wears or washes, especially with darker colours. This is a normal characteristic of naturally dyed fabrics and does not indicate a defect.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed excluding original delivery costs.
Please allow up to 10 to 15 business days for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund after approval.
